Excess Inventory Network
Do you have any doors, sections, springs, or hardware that have been sitting in your shop for more than a year? Have you ever goofed in ordering the wrong product or too much of the right product? Do you have products you would be willing to sell at below cost just to get them off your shelves?
Do you like to buy doors, openers and parts at below cost? Do you sometimes have to wait several weeks for sections or doors you might have gotten sooner?
The Excess Inventory Network may be just what your company needs.

Co-Op Buying
Buying springs, tracks and hardware directly from the manufacturer, and buying in larger quantities will often reduce your cost by as much as 50%. But for the majority of door dealers, a barrel of a thousand rollers or a bundle of 60 pairs of the same-length track might tie up money and shelf space for several years.
One way that farmers, hardware chains and others have used for years to increase their buying power is through co-op buying. The co-op plan we are offering is not an organized plan for all door companies to work together as a single buying unit, but a simple 21st century tool for door dealers to network together over the Internet to gain much of the same buying power larger door companies have.
